Talking Tubes
Tubes and tyres go hand in hand – no matter what the type of tyre, there will always be a complimentary tube. Contemporary tubes use either a Presta or French valve for inflation. Presta valves are best for large, wide tyres that are not in need of high pressure (so 80psi or less), whereas French valves are usually the preferred option for road bikes and high-end mountain bikes that call from a pressure of 100+ psi.
