If you go by the definition online, a Soigneur is "a person who gives training, massage, and other assistance to a team, especially during a race."
We find out that his job entails anything from immediate First Aid on calf punctures, making sure brekkie is hitting the dietary mark, massaging muscles after a grueling day in the saddle, and plenty more.
